All the album sales count the same towards to the overall sales numbers - digital, from the band at a show, in the webstore, deluxe cd, standard cd, vinyl, etc.

to Panicfan: Hello. FBR doesn't actually monitor this page-- or if they do, they don't answer questions. I can tell you, though, that Panic's meet & greet opportunities are usually through their fan club, Northerndownpour. You can find it at northerndownpour.com. Joining is about $30 a year, plus shipping for your fan club package. You get your yearly bundle, and there are a lot of pre-sale opportunities for concert tickets and you can sign up for meet & greets. I think not everyone who signs up actually gets in, but it probably depends on how many do sign up. You'd have to ask someone official about that. So, to the best of my knowledge, there's your answer. :)

I think you shouldn't put the contests on Facebook. I don't have a Facebook but sometimes I really want to enter the contests, and I shouldn't have to make one to enter it. It's not fair to me or anyone else without one that we cannot join.

Anybody out there know a place to get answers to industry/sales questions like mine and Calysta Rose's? Apparently nobody actually checks this place after all.

one more thing I think you should call a meeting of the guys in Paramore. I think they made a simple mistake acting in haste without talking things out with Haley. The band all makes each other and if they want to pursue solo careers maybe they should work on a separate record while together or something. I'm kind of old (52) for Paramores music but I enjoy Haley because she is sort of different and unique. As is their writing capabilities. I hate to see that lost. They all belong as a team. Many fans felt bewildered sort of abandoned.

I was wondering when you record Versaemerges videos if Sierra is being micked through a lexicon PCM 96. Or TC Helicon. She seems to sound fantastic with more presence but in the live you tube videos I see it sounds like the live show is lacking reverb or something. I am a guitarist keyboard singer harmonica player etc working on some stuff to release this year. Could use a little help in the pa setup area. We ran 3 peavey cs800's and a Roland space echo back in the early 80s with a Band I lived with. Rob Sandera “Wildman”

I'd like to see the answer to Calysta Rose's question myself. When I buy full digital albums for other people, are they counting toward the sales figures? I assume all sales are welcome when it comes to income, but do some types of purchases help a band's official sales numbers better than others? It's hard for me to do gifts from iTunes, so do my Amazon mp3 purchases help sales numbers? How does that work?
