  • First of all, we never got to send out a public statement thanking everyone who made our first full U.S. co-headlining tour a success. One week after I graduated high school in 2006 we got in our van, attached the trailer and went on a 5 week tour. We haven’t stopped doing that, but things just keep getting better and better. After about 3 or 4 years of opening for bigger bands and playing short sets, we’re INCREDIBLY grateful that you guys gave us a chance to prove ourselves pulling our own weight. We honestly didn’t know what to expect and we ended up having smiles on our faces every night. It was a new experience going on tour across the states with 3 bands from the UK and it actually being a success. We loved all the guys and all of you for coming to the shows.

    The second we got

  • We've spent a couple of weeks so far on our co-headlining tour across the country with You Me At Six, and it's been a blast. We knew going into it that the musical/stylistic differences between all the bands were going to make this a pretty unique show, and that lots of different types of music fans would be showing up, which is great! [There’s] lots of new music for everyone to sample. Seems to be working well.

Now, the Swellers are a punk rock band. Plain and simple. We get in the van nine months out of the year to play and sweat our asses off, no matter what. We've been doing this for years and are a pretty unstoppable machine when it comes to getting onstage and then getting to the next show.

  • Happy birthday to Anto Boros from The Swellers! He just wrapped up a co-headline tour with You Me At Six and now he's on his way back home with a couple of headline shows along the way. Send a note to @antoboros on Twitter to wish him a happy birthday and stop by theswellers.com to see all the upcoming shows!

Front row on Monday Night Raw. Dream come true thanks to CM PUNK!!!!

  • Our friend Evan (Into It. Over It.) showed us this spot and it made our touring in Pittsburgh experience infinitely better. You walk in and hear punk rock music, see tattooed mid to late twenties punk or hardcore enthusiasts working behind the counter and it feels like home.

I ordered the thai peanut tofu sandwich, barley soup and a delicious iced mocha. The place doubles as a place for delicious coffee do I felt with my new found interest I should indulge.

The sandwich was misleadingly filling although it looks like a smaller serving at first glance. Cooked just right and anything Thai related adds perfection to food. The soup was the first time I willingly tried barley and I loved it, perfect addition to the sandwich. I did the fat guy thing and dipped my sandwich in the soup mmmmmmm.

  • For their first photoshoot on Fueled By Ramen, The Swellers visited the Asbury Park Convention Hall (former home of the Skate And Surf and Bamboozle Festivals) before their show at The Stone Pony with Four Year Strong and Set Your Goals.
