We're very sad to hear that after 12 years as a band, The Swellers will soon be playing their final shows.
News - The Swellers
Recently, The Swellers decided that it was time to part ways with Fueled By Ramen. We’ve had a good run with them and have a lot of appreciation and respect for everyone at the label. While we wish the staff and their bands the best of luck, we’ve come to the conclusion that being part of a major label just isn’t the right fit for us right now. We’re ready to continue developing who we are as a band, and excited to give our fans the very best of us in whole new ways. We’re excited for this to be a bit of a return to form, while also being a whole new beginning.
On May 29th, we’re releasing a 7” of two songs recorded from the Good For Me sessions that weren’t on the album, but are some of our favorite songs we’ve ever written.
After premiering on AbsolutePunk.net earlier this afternoon, The Swellers' new video for 'Inside My Head' is now available on YouTube. After you watch the video, click HERE to enter the band's caption contest for your chance to win a signed copy of their latest album Good For Me.

So, if you’ve ever watched a Swellers Tour video on YouTube, you could probably pick up that we’re quite the big wrestling fans, and if by chance you follow our band on our Twitter or Facebook account, you’d know that on our last tour, which was a co-headline with our friends in You Me At Six, we were lucky enough to get guestlisted to a live taping of WWE’s Monday Night Raw on our day off. Needless to say, for a lot of us, that was a dream come true. Getting to see a live WWE event that was broadcasted all over the world, and getting to do so in the best seats of the house:
ringside. It was an amazing night and we had one man to thank for that, CM Punk.
Well, after that experience, we finished off our tour with YMAS, and then played shows on the way home.

Jonathan Diener from The Swellers sat down and answered some questions from street teamers and fans. Here is Part 2:
10. What would you be doing right now if you weren’t touring in this band?
Anto is an electrician, Ryan works at a pizza place, Nick records bands and I… well, I hang out with my dog. I’d probably try to get a job at some music company or join another band. Hopefully The Swellers last forever so I don’t need to think about that one!
11. What was the last book you read?
I started reading Stephen King’s The Dark Tower series and I’m two books into that and I’m almost done with the second book of The Hunger Games right now. Fun times!
12. What are your thoughts on Spotify?
I absolutely LOVE Spotify.
