The behind-the-scenes look at the making of Panic! At The Disco's short film 'The Overture' is now available on YouTube. 'The Overture' features music from four songs on their new album Vices & Virtues.
Thanks to our friends at Taco Bell for helping make the film happen!
Brendon Urie and Spencer Smith from Panic! At The Disco stopped by Hot Topic to talk about their new Vices & Virtues album, why the split with the other original members of the band was the best thing for all involved and what's up with that pesky exclamation point.
I was listening to This American Life the other afternoon. It was an older episode. The girl narrating one of the segments was talking about her goal to end small talk. No more just "yeah... Sure is a pretty sky out there today" or "how are you?" "I'm good and you" "just fine" "ok, see you later!"
Her goal was to get them going into a conversation in what she called The Rundown. (In an episode called Time to Save the World)
Blogs are often just like this small talk. Short shallow ramblings without any deeper meaning at all. Sometime blogs will just ramble on and you kinda feel cheated when you're done cause it actually kinda caught your interest at first... Only to leave you feeling empty.
I hate people who write blogs like that.
