The contest is open to everyone over the age of 13 except employees of sponsors Fueled By Ramen, Inc., Punknews.org and those in their household. One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within seven (7) days of the contest's end. All decisions made by the sponsors are final and binding.
