Describe a typical day in the office. What do you look forward to most about work?
My day is split into the three areas that my job covers. #1. I handle customer service. If you got a problem with an order in the webstore then I am the guy you will talk to. I'm answering emails, tweets and phone calls all day to make sure you are having a positive experience in the webstore. Really if you are mad or unhappy I am too because I hate it when things get messed up.
