Greetings earthlings!

We’re currently located in Los Angeles, California in the heart of Hollywood. Sunset blvd, 34° N, 118°W, in a building at The Crossroads of The World and we have finally begun recording our second full-length album with producer Shaun Lopez (Deftones, Far, Crosses). Also on board is Executive Producer Andrew Dawson (Kayne West, Lil Wayne). We always feel at home and the most inspired in LA, so inevitably we were drawn back here to find the perfect place with the right vibes to create this record.

The Swellers: Fueled By Ramen Street Team Interview

Jonathan Diener from The Swellers sat down and answered some questions from street teamers and fans. Here is Part 1: 

Does anyone in the band have any pre or post show rituals?
We all have our own set of rules and rituals, but I think the most important law we abide by is NO EATING AN HOUR BEFORE WE PLAY. I’ve had some bad instances with a foot long sub a few years ago… We all make sure to stretch at least 20 minutes before we go on to prevent injury and soreness the next day. A lot of people think they’re invincible, but when you’re on tour your body acts like an 80 year old man.
